Our sister company, RocDoc created these cards for you to keep with you in case anything happens and should you not be with someone else who knows these details.
We know that you can also have some of this information on your mobile, but not everyone has a mobile plus batteries do run out!
The idea is that you fill this out and keep it with you, so in your bag, wallet or purse for example. Should the emergency services be required, or you have to attend hospital in an emergency all your important details are on this card.
Don’t forget that you can also fill these in for children and keep it in their school bag, somewhere prominent in the home, etc.
If you live in Ireland you can collect one of these from RocDoc reception (based in Ashbourne, Co Meath).
